A batch of three sherry butts from an unnamed Speyside distillery was used to create this single malt, distilled in 2010 and aged for more than 10 years. Silky rich, this whisky is abundant in flavour and comforting charm. Rum & raisin ice cream, served with pecan pie and caramel brittle. Cloves & minced pies, icing sugar, boiled fruitcake, acacia honey, allspice, dates & echoes of Velvet Falernum.
