Distilled in 2004, Tropically aged for 16 years and bottled in November 2021 from the oldest stock of the distillery, this is the agricole version .
The smooth yet tangy palette of flavors and aromas found on this rhum agricole from the Isautier distillery wavers throughout the tasting between very diverse fruity and spicy notes and incredibly smooth roasted and delicately woody tones (beeswax). With abundant energy, it also reveals floral, chocolate and camphoric registers that add to this endearing split personality.
