Produced from barley grown locally at the Rockside farm and malted and peated (20 ppm) at the distillery, this Kilchoman bourbon cask is ethereal yet full of character. Creating a hotbed of contrasts in smoky, spicy, fruity, floral and even salty notes, the aroma and flavour palette is deeply complex, bursting with life and stunningly mature.
NOSE: Aromatic plants, ripe pineapple with mineral, spicy and salty notes.
PALATE: Juicy fruits with white flowers and delicate herbal smoke.
FINISH: Coconut, liquorice and citrus with earthy peat smoke and malty notes.
