This Traditional Rum was distilled in Guyana in 2002 and filled in an ex-Bourbon barrel. There after shipped to Europe, it has benefited from 18 years of maturation. Produced in wooden column still from fermented molasses, the result is a brilliant tribute to the rums of this region.

PROFILE: Ethereal and sophisticated.

NOSE: Floral and refined. Heady flowers, pear, marzipan.

PALATE: Elegant and complex. Pineapple, pepper, citrus notes.

FINAL: Tertiary and lingering. Ginger, chalk.
