Liquor Kingdom offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to the customer (“you, your and all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting and/or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C and Terms), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using this website or making a purchase from this website.

Legalities
Liquor Kingdom does not sell alcohol to customers under the age of 18 years. By entering this site, you represent that you are at the legal drinking age and are able to purchase or consume alcohol in Singapore. We reserve the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an Order to be placed, for any loss or damage of any kind Liquor Kingdom may suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Order
We recommend that you carefully review your order in your shopping cart before proceeding with the payment. Liquor Kingdom reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Once an Order has been accepted by us, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled Order.
The placement of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract. A contract is made only when we accept your order and have processed your payment. Orders may be subjected to delays by transfers of money or credit card authorisations not being confirmed by the respective banks. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their bank to speed up this process if the order is required urgently.

Pricing
Prices shown are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Delivery and processing charges will only be reflected during order check out.

Payment
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges.
Force Majeure
Liquor Kingdom will not be liable for any delay in performing any of their obligations if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of or interruption in the provision of essential services such as electricity supply, bank payment systems or postal deliveries
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Liquor Kingdom, its members and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Liquor Kingdom reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Liquor Kingdom in asserting any available defences.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any conflict or contradiction appears in these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the Singapore Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Waiver
No indulgence or extension of time which either you or Liquor Kingdom may grant to the other will constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision under these terms will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Liquor Kingdom.
Severability
All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. If any part of these terms is found to be void, invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that provision or part will be deemed to be severed from these terms and the remaining terms and provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
Law and Jurisdiction
The law applicable to these Conditions of Use of website is the law of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of the Republic of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
