Ardbeg Fermutation - a Committee-only limited edition released in 2022. The result of a happy accident, this 13-year-old dram is the delicious consequence of an unplanned experiment due to a broken boiler in 2007. It resulted in the longest fermentation in Ardbeg’s history. This combined with Ex-bourbon casks, both 1st and refill eventually gave rise to a wild, zingy and vibrant spirit.
