This bottling made with the Concerto variety of barley underwent a long fermentation and wonderfully embodies the old school character of this uncompromising single malt. Constantly flirting with a peat dominated by medicinal notes, vegetable root, salt and florals, the flavour and aroma palette is filled with fruit and chocolate registers whose oxidative nature takes us straight to Andalusia.
