Much is hidden deep within the rich, mahogany depth of this 18 Year Old malt. First a scent of exotic spice and honeyed nuts, then flavours of sherry, fruit and oak building to a lingering spicy aftertaste.
COLOUR: Rich mahogany gold.
NOSE: Fragrant with notes of dried fruit, rich honeyed nuts, toffee and slight hints of spice.
PALATE: Notes of mellow sherried nuts, dried fruit and rich oak, with toffee and a slight tang of salt from it’s maturation of 18 years at the coast.
FINISH: A dry fruit finish with a hint of spice and salt.
