Chichibu – Paris Edition 2025 Montmartre pays tribute to the hill and its workshops: a blend of Japanese single malt from 5 to 14 years old, combining French oak, sherry, Bordeaux and bourbon (some of which is very peaty), in a series numbered #1–#414.

Since 2018, Chichibu has taken an artistic look at Paris. The 2025 edition borrows from the postage stamp aesthetic and is a continuation of Ichiro Akuto's work, celebrating the creative energy of Montmartre.

Balanced palette: light malty structure, sustained fruity and spicy nuances, gourmet and infused touches. A lively profile, just like the workshops and cabarets of the hill.
