For this fourth and final edition of the “Extinct Blends” quartet, Compass Box takes us to new heights and travels through the clouds.

Celestial is the most peaty and expansive whisky of the series, inspired by a complex and subtly smoked blend from the 1960s.

A perfect combination of deep smoky notes and rich, indulgent fruity notes, it showcases the peated style of the Ardbeg and Caol Ila distilleries, symbolized on the label by thick clouds.

The Glen Elgin and Pulteney distilleries complete the picture, bringing their herbaceous and spicy dimension, symbolized by light and stars. Very old grain whiskies add their touch of honey, delicate woody notes, and a creamy texture to complement the aromatic palette, resulting in a blend that represents the pinnacle of the art of blending.
