Edradour’s spirit excels in sherry casks and this 12-year-old expression is no different. It was matured in first and second fill oloroso sherry butts and bottled at cask strength, creating aromas of fruitcake, raisin and marasca cherry on the nose. The palate is thick and chewy with toffee-apple, biscuit and ground cinnamon taking centre stage.
