The 20th release in popular rum producer Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Selection, Isonomy is a 17-year-old blend of heavy and light rums matured exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of coconut, vanilla, ripe peaches, pineapple, mango, sultanas, mint leaves and hot rubber fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, maple syrup, dates, milk chocolate, Seville orange, dry walnuts and smoked cloves throughout the palate.
