Another fabulous release from the fantastic Foursquare Exceptional Cask Selection series! This is is titled Redoutable, and it's a 14 year old rum from the Barbados-based distillery that has been aged in both ex-bourbon and ex-Madeira wine casks. After maturation and blending, this one was bottled up with no chill-filtration or additional colouring, and at cask strength – a hefty 61% ABV.
