Premier Cru Classé is a French wine classification relating to the most well-respected vineyards and highly coveted wines of Bordeaux. Aging our complex GlenAllachie spirit in this red wine cask brings elegant notes of ripe red berries, sugared almonds and sweet cinnamon.

Colour: Orange Blush Aroma: Bursting with redcurrants, heather honey and candied strawberries, with notes of orange zest, dark chocolate and rose petals.

Palate: Waves of butterscotch, citrus fruits and nutty caramel, with layers of honeycomb, espresso and ripe blackberries on the finish.
