Hampden Pagos is a Jamaican molasses rum bottled by La Maison du Whisky and Velier. It is produced by the Hampden distillery, which specialises in the distillation of "High Ester" rums.
The molasses was fermented with wild yeast before being distilled in a copper double retort still. The rum was then placed exclusively in 500-litre ex-sherry casks from vineyards in the Jerez region of Andalusia. It was reduced to spring water to be bottled at its natural colour and without the addition of sugar.
