A 2007 Hazelburn single malt, matured in oloroso sherry casks for 13 years before being bottled in September 2020. Aromas of raspberries, redcurrants, stewed strawberries and fresh mint fill the nose, complemented by notes of marzipan, prunes, raisins, orange peel and dark chocolate on the palate. Hints of vanilla cheesecake, red apple and wholemeal toast linger in the finish.
