Product Description
- ABV: 46%
- Size: 70cl
Distilled in 2016 and matured for 9 years, this small batch release from Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection received a finish in Montravel white wine casks from South-West France. The fresh, fruit-driven wine influence introduces vibrant citrus, orchard fruit and mineral complexity, complementing the distillery’s oily texture and gentle peat without overwhelming it. Bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, it is a bold and unconventional Highland single malt that balances richness with freshness.
