The first single malt released by the Isle of Harris distillery was entirely produced on the island and matured in first-fill ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso and ex-fino sherry casks. There is a gentle peat smoke on the nose with additional aromas of wildflowers, toasted malt and honeysuckle, followed by notes of leather, meringue and ginger on the palate.
