This 16-year-old Kilchoman is a marriage of 21 casks which include a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks. Rich and creamy baked apples on the nose, with aromas of plum and nutmeg following shortly after. On the palate there are notes of vanilla, pineapple and smouldering peat smoke, with honey and barbeque smoke on the finish.
