This is one of two bottlings in the third rum release from Decadent Drinks and the Whisky Sponge blog.
A Caroni, it was was distilled in 1997 and has been aged for 23 years in two bourbon casks. This one was bottled at reduced “big Jessie strength” and the other half of the release was bottled at cask strength.
