The first collaboration beetween Velier and Isautier.

Distilled in 2004, Tropically aged for 16 years and bottled in November 2021 from the oldest stock of the distillery, this is the melasse version .

With notes of toffee, coffee, dark chocolate and heather honey, this traditional rum from the Isautier distillery is extremely complex and yet at the same time remarkably fresh. Overflowing with fruity exoticism, the aroma and flavor palette also reveals intensely heady floral fragrances, while drawing on a deep minerality to better highlight its beautifully mature expression.
