The Clairin Vieux Vaval & Casimir (Whisky Live Paris 2021) was produced in Haiti at the Arawaks & Casimir distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Velier. It was distilled in 2017 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for 4 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 50,1%. This is a limited release and there are only 600 bottles.
