This 15-year-old peated Campbeltown single malt was treated to 11 years resting in bourbon barrels, before being moved over to Pinot Noir barriques from New Zealand's Grant Taylor Valli Vineyards. The combination of rich peated barley and vinous red fruits works an absolute treat.
