With breathtaking precision and eloquence, this version’s palette of flavours and aromas begins by revealing the intense beauty of its oxidative character, before welcoming peat on stage. When it comes to flavours, the latter plays the leading role, over time developing particularly pronounced medicinal, meaty, empyreumatic and rooty dimensions.
