Octomore 12.1 is a vibrant five-year-old single malt from Bruichladdich’s experimental, heavily-peated Octomore series. Matured exclusively in first-fill ex-American whiskey casks, it offers notes of rich malt, cereals, vanilla, orange, fudge and aromatic peat smoke throughout the palate.

A bold, peaty single malt from experimental Islay distillery Bruichladdich’s Octomore series, Edition 12.2 has been matured initially in a combination of first and second-fill ex-American whiskey casks and finished in first-fill French oak Sauternes casks for 18 months. The palate offers notes of melon, white peach, honeysuckle and coconut, all wrapped in notes of phenolic malt and savoury peat smoke.

A limited-edition single malt from Islay’s experimental distillery Bruichladdich, Octomore 12.3 is a single vintage whisky made with a single harvest from a single field on Octomore farm - Church Field to be exact. The whisky was then filled into two types casks, ex-American whiskey casks and one Pedro Ximenez sherry butts from Fernando De Castilla, for five years and then married together. The result of this is notes of lemon, sea salt, dried fruit and dry, tarry peat smoke throughout the palate.
