Edition 16.1 of Bruichladdich’s Octomore was made using barley grown on the Scottish mainland. This heavily peated single malt was matured for five years in bourbon barrels, imparting aromas of smoked fudge, Fruit Pastels, vanilla biscuits and Jamon Iberico, with bright citrus notes, heather, and ground coffee.
