Octomore 16.3 bursts with intense peat smoke, layered with cacao, seashells, dried meat, raisins and praline. The palate is powerful and full-bodied, with rich sweetness from Sauternes, pedro ximenez casks and a touch of bourbon maturation. This is peated to a whopping 189.5ppm.
