KILCHOMAN 11 YEAR OLD 100% ISLAY SHERRY CASK MATURED

- ABV: 50%

- Size: 70cl

The Kilchoman 100% Islay Sherry Matured edition was distilled from the 2011, 2012, and 2013 barley harvests, showcasing Kilchoman’s commitment to true farm-to-bottle whisky production. Matured for a minimum of 11 years in ex-Oloroso sherry butts sourced from José y Miguel Martín, this release captures the perfect balance of Islay character and sherry influence.

Expect rich, nutty, and spicy notes that intertwine beautifully with Kilchoman’s signature meaty BBQ smoke, creating a deeply complex and satisfying dram.
