Distilled in Speyside at the Macallan distillery, this release forms part of the distillery's Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with pastry chef, Jordi Roca. This expression was put down to mature in sherry seasoned casks for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at a strength of 40% abv.
