Crafted from organic barley sourced from Lacka Farm (25%), peated barley from Lacken Farm (25%), and an ancient barley variety called Hunter from Donoughmore Farm (50%), this version is the result of blending four casks previously holding bourbon, all distilled in 2019. Full of nuances, its aromatic and gustatory palette reveals a range of colors from the tenderest green to the most burnt Sienna.
