In September 2022, the Kavalan distillery inaugurated a third aging warehouse.
Built over seven stories and equipped with a ventilation system to reduce the angel’s share, this facility has a capacity greater than the combined total of the two existing warehouses.
Truly remarkable, this expression, which concludes our Taiwanese journey, evolves gracefully through sequences of peat, ash, and maritime notes, transitioning with extraordinary smoothness and harmony.
Highly precise, it is enriched by dazzling mineral, fruity, and herbaceous tones.
